What the annual subscription includes
Every plan, at every tier, includes more than the software license itself:
- Installation support. Our team helps with the initial configuration, information-architecture import, and first go-live.
- Corrective maintenance. Bug fixes under the subscription — no extra billing for fixes to issues we introduce.
- Evolutionary maintenance. A new product release every six months, with new features and improvements included.
Two things are quoted separately: the implementation project (scoped case by case based on complexity of the information architecture) and optional document migration (scoped based on volume and structure of the legacy content).
