How much does docs365.ai cost?

The four plans

Pricing is deliberately transparent — no custom quotes, no per-user fees, no per-document charges. Four tiers based on organization size and capability requirements:

• Business — €4,450/year. Core lifecycle (templates, protocol numbering, sequential approval, PDF publication, audit log, versioning, archive) for smaller organizations.
• Enterprise — €6,450/year. Adds expiration reminders, Power BI reporting, self-service admin, and customizable metadata schemas.
• Premium — €9,450/year. Enterprise + DocuSign PAdES signing included.
• Diamond — €18,450/year. Premium + bundled read-receipts, intelligent search, and priority support for the largest organizations.

What’s not variable

Plan price is the plan price. No per-user charges regardless of headcount. No per-document charges regardless of library size. No per-transaction charges on approvals. The plan you buy is the plan you get.

What’s not included

Implementation services (template design, migration, training) are quoted separately based on scope. Most implementations range from included-in-plan for smaller Business deployments to several thousand euros for Diamond-scale rollouts with extensive customization.

Custom development beyond the standard capabilities — specialized integrations, heavily branded workflows, custom reporting beyond Power BI — is quoted as a separate engagement.
